Shear Room Supervisor

Tempco Manufacturing Company is searching for a Shear Room Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in shearing metal sheets. This role will be responsible for daily distribution of workload and inventory control, creating work instruction for shearing and disposition of material to be used, and work closely with purchasing department to determine proper quantities and delivery locations. Ideal candidates will possess a can do attitude, pays close attention to detail, and have a commitment to contributing to a safe workplace.

Skills and Experience
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
