We work with materials as thin as 0.003”, and can maintain tolerances within ± 0.001” for internal features and ± 0.003” for external features. Small- to medium-volume production runs are our specialty, and we take pride in our quick turnarounds and exceptional repeatability.

All our stamping tools and dies are made in-house by our skilled toolmakers. This helps ensure that all hardware matches our customers’ design specifications and meets our own high standards of quality. Our in-house tool and die shop also reduces production times, as there’s no waiting for finished tooling to arrive at our facility.

Tempco works with cold rolled steel, stainless steel, titanium, and other common firearm materials; specialty metals and alloys can be sourced upon request. We keep a substantial inventory of sheet metal materials in a range of sizes on hand to meet your requirements; we will also work with customer-supplied materials.
