Tempco Manufacturing continiously seeks out dedicated professionals interested in developing and maintaining a career in the metal stamping industry.

These positions are first shift 7am to 3:30pm unless otherwise noted.

Tool Room

**Tool & Die Designer**

Designs single stage, progressive dies and fixtures utilizing CadKey, Gibbs and SolidWorks programs. Minimum three to five years design/manufacturing experience. Ideal candidates will possess a B. S. in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Tool and Die Maker

Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in forms and draws along with development skills. Seeking an individual with short run, compound experience preferably in metal stamping.

CNC Operator -2nd shift-3:30pm-Midnight

Set-up and operate CNC Mills and Lathe using Fanuc controls. Minimum three to five years machining experience. Ideal candidates will possess a 2 year technical degree in machining.

Shipping

**Shipping Supervisor**

Supervises and coordinates activities of the Shipping department. Areas of oversight include shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priority, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules. Minimum three to five years supervisory experience along with an emphasis in packing preferably within a metal manufacturing facility.

Quality

**Final Inspector**

Demonstrated experience with CMM preferably Zeiss, micrometers, veneers, gauges, optical comparators, etc. Able to work from blueprints, sketches and drawings. Computer proficiency required. Minimum 3-5 years experience in an inspection role. Background in metal stamping strongly preferred.

**Floor Inspector -Entry level**

Prior experience with micrometers, veneers, various gauges, and other inspection tools. Candidates should be knowledgeable in reading blueprints. Metal stamping experience strongly preferred.

Press Room

Press Set-Up (Punch and/or Press Brake)

*assemble, install and align dies in press machines according to blueprint or instructions

*checks operators' hand guards prior to starting machines

*periodically inspect parts for conformance

*ensures machines are in appropriate and safe working order and understands Lock OUt/Tag Out procedures

Sales & Estimating

**Estimator**

Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for products, projects and services. Working knowledge within the metal stamping industry strongly desired.

Outside Sales Representatives

States/territories include WI, IL, MO,CA, UT, NV, WA, OR, ID, NM, AR

Ideal candidates will possess proven experience and be established in the sales field. Formal education may be considered in lieu of experience.
