Press Room **Press Set-Up (Punch and/or Press Brake)** AMADA set-up experience strongly desired *assemble, install and align dies in multiple press machines according to blueprint or instructions *check operators' hand guards prior to starting machines *periodically inspect parts for conformance *ensures machines are in appropriate and safe working order and understands and adheres to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures *ability to communicate and provide daily work direction to operators to ensure optimum performance of team. Quality **Final Inspector** Demonstrated programming and operational experience with CMM ( Zeiss) to include, micrometers, veneers, gauges, optical comparators, etc. Able to work from blueprints, sketches and drawings. Computer proficiency required. Minimum 3-5 years experience in an inspection role. Background in metal stamping strongly preferred. Floor Inspector -Entry level Experience with micrometers, veneers, various gauges, and other inspection tools. Candidates should be knowledgeable in reading blueprints. Metal stamping experience strongly preferred. Tool Room CNC Operator Set-up and operate CNC Mills and Lathe using Fanuc controls. Minimum three years machining experience in metal stamping. Ideal candidates will possess a 2 year technical degree in machining. CNC Programmer-- Gibbs Machine Programmer with solid Gibbs experience. Gibbs and SolidWorks together strongly preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years programming experience in metal stamping. Tool and Die Maker Individuals will posses solid working knowledge in short run, fixture, compound and progressive tooling along with experience in forms and draws. Metal stamping background and a minimum six (6) years experience required. CNC Programmer-Radan experience Machine Programmer for Strippets and Amada Laser. Candidates must have Radan working knowledge along with Gibbs and SolidWorks experience. Minimum of three (3) years experience. Wire EDM Operator Minimum three (3) years experience in metal stamping. Tool & Die Designer Designs single stage, progressive dies and fixtures utilizing CadKey, Gibbs and SolidWorks programs. Minimum three to five years design/manufacturing experience. Ideal candidates will possess a B. S. in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of experience and education. Sales & Estimating Account Executive/Customer Service Ideal candidates will posses demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and positive internal relationship skills. This position focuses on developing and maintaining customer relations, resolving issues both externally and internally and ensuring that all documentation is recorded in an a timely and accurate manner. Must be computer literate with all MicroSoft products. Knowledge of Shoptech/E2 helpful. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience and be established in the sales field. Formal education may be considered in lieu of experience. Outside Sales Representatives-nationwide presence “OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS” As a “sales representative” for Tempco Manufacturing Co. Inc. when you bring new clients to us, you will receive commission(s) of 5%. As long as you continue to service the account, you will continue to receive commission for as long as purchase orders are placed from the customer.
