Precision Tooling Capabilities

The advanced tooling / manufacturing capabilities at Tempco Manufacturing are used to fabricate the metal components of machines by the selective removal of metal. We utilize only the most carefully and strategically selected precision tooling equipment and machine tools at our Minnesota metal stamping jobshop. Precision tooling is another one of our services to complement our metal stamping and metal forming capabilities.   

We produce tooling, in-house only for our customers. We excel at cost effective design conversion from castings, forgings, two-piece assemblies and screw machine parts. We pride ourselves in helping our customers determine the most efficient, cost effective tooling approach. Tempco Manufacturing maintains and replaces non-permanent dies without charge to our customers. In addition, we update the dies to eliminate obsolescence. Tooling storage is always free of charge.
