Metal Forming

At Tempco, we have the ability to turn sheet metal into your desired shapes for finished and unfinished products.  We’ve been helping our customers with their sheet metal forming needs for nearly 70 years.  Our St. Paul Minnesota facility has all the equipment necessary to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.

Quality Control

Tempco’s precision metal stamping and manufacturing is backed by our quality control.  We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and have an extensive list of quality control machinery.  We can ensure that manufacturing quality is the highest for every metal stamping, forming and fabricating job we do.

Tooling

At Tempco, we have in-house precision tooling capabilities, including water jets, CNC machining, milling, and jig bores.  Our precision tooling and fixtures are used to create your precision metal parts.  Our state of the art machinery at our St. Paul Minnesota facility can handle even the most complex of metal stamping or fabricating jobs.   

Secondary Operations

Deburring and cleaning are essential elements of the metal stamping and fabrication process.  Our machines remove burrs to eliminate safety hazards and the timesavers will remove any other imperfections.  Our additional operations include hand de-burring, finishing, powder-coating, and drilling.  All our secondary operations support our precision metal stamping and fabrication capabilities.

Drilling and Tapping

Tempco’s drilling and tapping capabilities support all our precision metal stamping and metal fabrications.  We create precision drilled and threaded holes and can provide countersinking to enhance the final product.  Our machines and technicians are leaders in accuracy. 

Countersinking

To complement our drilling and tapping capabilities, Tempco can do countersinking to give your metal product a smooth surface after it’s been drilled or tapped.  Countersinking is just one of the many secondary operations that we provide our customers to support our precision metal stamping, tooling, and secondary applications.

Welding-Manual & Robotic

Tempco can weld your sheet metal components.  Spot welding is just one of the secondary operations we provide for our customers.  Tempco also offers Mig/Tig/Arc welding that either manual or robotic. Our expert technicians will work with you to determine the best method of welding for your product.  We have many years of experience and the highest quality processes behind our work.
